I have eight years background in mortgage. I Started out in loan servicing then moved my way up in 2018 to current working in processing, underwriting, closing and funding. 2020 to Fall of 2023 I worked as a reverse mortgage closer with American Advisors group who is now Finance of America. I have decided to go full time as a loan signing agent and mobile notary as this has been a career move I have been interested in for sometime now since I got into the mortgage industry.I am familiar with the funding process of the loan and helped out with the funding department on an as needed basis. I have experience with forward, reverse and refinance transactions. Very familiar with title companies as I have worked very closely with several across the nation over the last several years. I have worked loan modifications, short sales and deed in lieu as well. Very familiar with signed closing documents and the closing process in general which will make me a good candidate to select for loan signings. I am a very detailed oriented and organized individual who takes their time to ensure the job is done correctly. I am a very flexible, easy going individual who is easy to work with and loves feed back and constructive criticism. Always looking to improve, learn and level up within my career.
