My name is Maria Fortner, and I have a background in real estate sales. I have successfully helped many investors acquire and rehab properties in the metro Detroit area. I enjoy signings because it makes me feel empowered to closed transactions and meet new people. I like working with documents and do my best to maintain an error free status. I have worked with many signing agencies such as Prestige, Coast 2 Coast, Shasta Signings and Notary Zoom. I am familiar with purchase, refinance and reverse mortgage transactions. Mobile signings are fun for me, I'm mostly in a good mood and If I have a bad day, I can have a genuine conversation with a client, and we can both make each other's day better. I like to match the mood of my clients and not overstep my role. I can tell them the What and the Where but not the Why and the How of the documents.
