my previous role, I was responsible for ensuring closing packages were complete and error-free.I developed a checklist to cross-reference the Note, Deed of Trust, and Right to Cancel against the closing disclosure to ensure all figures matched.This decreased errors and reduced the need for post-closing corrections by 20% Finding missing initials, signatures, or dates. Adhering to privacy regulations (e.g., Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).
