As a signing agent, I understand that every assignment represents not only my business, but also the title company, lender, signing service, and other professionals involved in the transaction. I carefully review signing instructions, verify identification, ensure documents are properly executed, complete required notarial certificates accurately, and thoroughly review the package before leaving the appointment. I understand the importance of meeting deadlines, maintaining document security, providing timely status updates, and promptly returning completed packages according to client instructions.

My professional background in regulatory compliance has strengthened my ability to work with detailed documentation, follow established procedures, manage deadlines, protect confidential information, and identify potential errors before they become problems. I am NNA certified and background screened, E&O insured, and equipped to professionally print, scan, and return loan packages. I am available for buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, general notary assignments, hospital and nursing facility appointments, apostille assistance, and other document signing needs. I also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services when appropriate.
