My name is Julia Winnie, and I am commissioned as a Notary Public by the State of New York. Within the past two years, I have completed over 400 signings. 

I have memberships with the NNA (National Notary Association) and AAN (American Association of Notaries). Through NNA, I completed a Background Screening and acquired a $100,000 E&O Insurance bond with Merchants Bonding Company. I also received an Elite Course certification from Notary2Pro.  I used to be a Notary Public for the state of Kansas, where I notarized affidavits, POA (Power of Attorney), and many loan packages. I perform within this business critically and concisely.
