I have 5 years of experience, having completed 300+ signings as an NNA certified loan signing agent. In addition, I have more than 30 years experience working in document management (all with sensitive personal info and 10+ with legal documents). I have worked mostly in an administrative capacity as an executive assistant to C-Level managers.

I am extremely professional, friendly, prompt, and detail oriented. I know the importance of attention to detail. I have an ability to build a rapport with virtually anyone (and to avoid conversations/topics that are uncomfortable or controversial). I always dress "to the nines", so will be dressed appropriately for client-facing work, even on short notice. I have a laser printer with a dual tray/the ability to print out mixed-sized documents and to scan back promptly.

I Can travel as far North as Pahrump or Tonopah or as far South as Laughlin, or Mesquite if compensated for time and resources.  I carry a well-organized rolling briefcase bag with all of my supplies and paperwork. I always "wrap" the package in a legal sized folder and provide the clients' copy in a legal envelope.. I keep an abundance of FedEx and UPS shipping supplies on hand for ease in sending your package next day air. There are both FedEx and UPS stores located very near my home (within 5 minutes). 

In addition, I am also a certified and trained remote online notary, currently working within the Notarize/Proof platform.
