Cardiac imaging specialist, retired from Cedars-Sinai med center in 2020,, Notary Public commission in 2024, LSA Course in 2025, consenting research cardiac imaging technology 2010 - 2020 , I think this experience helps me as a loan signing notary public, lots of signatures , lots of detailed explanations for paperwork and terminology that client does not have full understanding of. I took the" Masters Notary Academy" at Pasadena City College in July 2024, pass the state proctored test required by the state of California on my first attempt and applied for commission by California's Secretary of State.

    I received my Notary Public commission effective November 30, 2024,  and took oath of office on December 10, 2024 at county clerks office in the city of Commerce. Then started the process of starting a business, I filed for D.B.A. " E + M  Mobile Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public on February 12 2025, started the process of applying for a business license in the City of Monterey Park , launched my website " mobilnotaries.com ", started a business bank account.  iI completed the L.S.A. course with Masters Notary Academy and received certification of completion on March 2, 2025. I am a N.N.A. member since 2025, subscribed to Notary Rotary and Notary Jane . 

     Getting my fist loan signing is much harder that I thought due to the lack of interest of anyone without experience. I know that I an a very detailed person and can do this job if just given the opportunity.  I faced the same hurdles in my career as a Cardiac imaging specialist, everyone wants a technologist with experience but nobody will give you the opportunity to acquire this experience. I'm very persistent and will not give up until I can prove myself. I have started to do general Notary Public work. and am in the process of learning the marketing side of this business.
