Professional Mobile Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent serving Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, NYC. I am NNA Certified and Background Screened, with additional training through Loan Signing System (LSS) and Notary2Notary. I provide both in-person mobile notary services and Remote Online Notarization (RON).

I am available for Purchase, Refinance, Seller, HELOC, estate planning documents, Power of Attorney, general notary work, and other lender/title-directed assignments. Every appointment is approached with patience, professionalism, and close attention to signatures, initials, dates, and completed notarial certificates. I follow hiring-party instructions carefully, communicate promptly throughout the assignment, and provide scanbacks when requested.

As a bilingual English and Spanish notary, I am comfortable assisting a diverse range of signers throughout New York City. I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and professional scanner for loan signing assignments.

For Remote Online Notarization, I have experience and training with BlueNotary, Proof, and eNotary On Call, allowing me to provide additional options when an in-person appointment is not necessary.

My goal is to make every signing smooth and comfortable for the signer while representing the signing service, title company, lender, or escrow team professionally. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and I look forward to building dependable, long-term relationships with the companies I serve.
