I am a Florida-commissioned Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Remote Online Notary with advanced training through Notary2Pro, Loan Signing System (LSS), and Notary Stars. I am also a Certified Trust Delivery Agent and remain committed to continuing education to stay current with industry best practices, compliance standards, and evolving loan products.

I have successfully completed over 200 loan signings, including purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, commercial transactions, and trust signings. Before becoming a full-time Notary Signing Agent, I spent more than 20 years working in economics, banking, logistics, and customer service. That background taught me the importance of precision, accountability, confidentiality, and exceptional client care—qualities I bring to every appointment.

My business is founded on a deeply personal story. After receiving a life-saving liver and kidney transplant, I was given a second chance at life. That experience shaped my perspective and reinforced the importance of serving others with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer, meeting with clients in hospitals or senior care facilities, or guiding borrowers through complex loan packages, I strive to make every signing as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

In addition to loan signings and general notarizations, I am an ordained wedding officiant through the Universal Life Church and proudly support organ donation awareness within my community.
