I’ve completed over 75 loan signings, including refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. After receiving a liver and kidney transplant that saved my life, I founded Second Chance Notary Services as a way to give back and make every day count. My experience has given me a unique level of empathy, patience, and perseverance, which I bring into every interaction with clients—from complex signings to sensitive environments like hospitals, senior care facilities, and jails.

In addition to notarization, I’m an ordained wedding officiant through the Universal Life Church, offering custom ceremonies for couples seeking a meaningful and memorable experience. I also actively support organ donation awareness and community health initiatives.
