I am NNA Certified Signing Agent working in the NYC area and Nassau County Long Island.  I am background checked through NNA with my Errors & Omission Insurance of $100K.  I have been working as a mobile signing agent for the past 9 years and have successfully completed over 1,000 signings.  I have experience doing all types of loan signings such as: HELOC's, first and second mortgages, refinances, CEMA's, construction loans, reverse mortgages, loan applications, new purchases, Debt Resolutions and Structured Settlement.  Further I do general notary work and offer real estate paralegal services.  My past experience in the Financial and Legal sector has groomed me to be a professional, diligent and reliable Notary Public.
