My journey as a Notary Public and Signing Agent began in 2017, driven by a passion for ensuring accuracy and compliance in legal document execution. I established Themis Mobile Notary & Apostille Services in Yakima, Washington, offering mobile notary services to clients throughout Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, and Franklin counties. Recognizing the growing demand for loan signing services, I pursued specialized training and certification, completing courses such as the NNA Training and Exam, NNA SA Essentials, NNA Notary Essentials, and Notary2Pro Loan Signing Course.   Over the past seven years, I have conducted over 500 loan document signings, specializing in a variety of loan products, including refinances, purchases, REOs, and equity loans. I am proficient in handling all aspects of the signing process, from document preparation and borrower verification to notarization and timely delivery. My commitment to providing exceptional customer service has earned me a reputation for professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.   To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I pursued a Masters of Arts in Health Law from Regent’s University School of Law. This academic background has deepened my understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, particularly in the healthcare sector. I am also a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and hold a Healthcare Privacy and Security Certificate from AHIMA. These credentials demonstrate my commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.   Throughout my career, I have consistently sought opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. I am an active member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and regularly participate in continuing education programs. I am also a certified Loan Signing Agent and have completed a background screening certification. These qualifications underscore my dedication to providing reliable and professional notary services.   I am confident that my experience, skills, and commitment to excellence make me a valuable asset in providing exceptional service.
