I will walk your borrower through every document, including the Settlement Statement, Note, Deed of Trust, and Closing Disclosure. I will make sure all documents are filled out entirely and correctly, such as the Statement of Information, Disbursement of Proceeds, 4506, W-9, and Notice of Right to Cancel.

I will have all documents back to you through scans and/or mail the same day or the next if it is an evening signing. I am also willing to drive and drop off documents at your office if that is more convenient for you. I look forward to working with you!
